Shipping policy

Orders are NOT processed on weekends or holidays.

If you order on the weekend, your order will begin processing the next business day.

We offer in-store items and pre-order items. Processing and shipping times depends on the type of item that is purchased.

If the item is available in store it can be picked up the during business hours.

If the item is pre-order it requires a processing time. Processing times are listed below:

Pre-Order Readymade units:

Shipping time is 4-5 business days to ship from the warehouse (There could be delays due to COVID-19)

Pre-Order Lace:

Pre-Order Closures/frontals take 4-5 business days to arrive. (There could be delays)

Pre-Order Raw Indonesian Bundles:

Pre-Order Bundles could take up to 7-14 business days to arrive. The items could be sooner

If you select local pick-up, but order a "pre-order" item, you will NOT receive a tracking # while it is processing and shipping to Haus of Lexury Beauty Boutique. You will receive a "Ready For Pick-Up" notification once it has arrived and ready for pick up. ALL orders must be picked up within 72 hours from the notification or you will be refunded and the items will go back into inventory.

If you select shipping and it is a "pre-order" item, you will receive a tracking # once the processing time is complete.

Unfortunately, we do NOT offer overnight shipping at this time
